Shamrock (Protein) Shake
Let’s celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a healthier twist on a whimsical dessert. My Shamrock (Protein) Shake is a creamy treat that will satisfy your sweet tooth and support your health goals!
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop vanilla or white chocolate whey isolate (25–30 g protein, very low fat/carb)
½ cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
½ cup cold water (or more almond milk if desired)
½ frozen banana (for thickness—can sub ice for lower carbs)
¼ tsp peppermint extract or ingestible essential oil (do not overuse – potent!)
¼ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup ice
Green food coloring or a pinch of spirulina
1–2 drops liquid stevia or monk fruit (optional)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend 30–45 seconds until thick, smooth, and shake-like. Taste and adjust mint or sweetness as needed. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately.
