High Performance Chocolate Pudding
This might be one of my favorite dessert recipes to date! Low calorie, high protein and low in fat, this is perfect for those nights (or afternoons or mornings!) when you want a sweet treat that gives you energy without the sugar crash. Creamy, chocolatey and crave-able, this pudding is quick and easy to make, and should be in your recipe rotation permanently.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
- 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
- Splash vanilla extract
- Your favorite sweetener, to taste (I use Truvia brown sugar)
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a (mini) food processor and blend until combined.
