This creamy, protein-packed Herb Yogurt Veggie Dip is a simple swap that makes healthy eating feel effortless. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (or 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt, to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1 tsp onion powder or 1 tbsp finely chopped green onion

 

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a bowl. Mix until smooth and well combined. Let sit in the fridge for at least 20–30 minutes to let flavors develop. Serve chilled with raw veggies (cucumber, carrots, bell peppers, celery, jicama) and/or sweet potato chips (not factored into the nutritional information below).
