Cinnamon Vanilla “Cream Cheese”
My Cinnamon Vanilla “Cream Cheese” is a high protein twist on a classic comfort spread that we all know and love! This version delivers the sweet and creamy characteristics of traditional cream cheese without the extra fat and calories. It’s the perfect upgrade for bagels, toast and even fruit!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Ground cinnamon, to taste
- Your favorite sweetener, to taste (I use Truvia brown sugar)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a (mini) food processor. Blend until smooth. Spread on your favorite bagel (this is my current favorite) or enjoy any other way you would enjoy cream cheese.
