Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp chili powderÂ
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- 4 oz cooked shredded or diced chicken breast
- Pickled or fresh jalapeno, for garnishÂ

Combine the cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, chili powder and cayenne pepper in a food processor and blend until smooth. You can add a splash of warm water or chicken broth to create a creamier dip. Scoop the mixture in a microwave safe bowl, add the chicken and stir. Microwave for 30-60 seconds until hot. Garnish with pickled or fresh jalapeños.
