This Asian Style Cucumber Salad is the perfect refreshing bite for warmer days. Tossed in bold flavors with a hint or a whole lot of heat (you get to choose!), it’s a quick recipe that delivers big taste with minimal ingredients.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos (or low sodium soy sauce)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Chili garlic paste, to taste
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

 

Instructions:

Place sliced cucumber in a bowl and top with everything except the sesame seeds. Refrigerate for an hour, sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy!
