High Protein Strawberry Cheesecake Bark
This High Protein Strawberry Cheesecake Bark might just be my all-time favorite recipe creation: creamy, sweet, and perfectly refreshing with every bite. Packed with protein and layered with fresh strawberries and crunchy graham cracker pieces, it’s a dessert that tastes good and is good for you! Keep a batch in your freezer – trust me!
Ingredients:
- 8 oz plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used this protein powder)
- 2 tbsp calorie free sweetener (adjust to taste)
- Vanilla extract (a splash)
- 6 oz sliced fresh strawberries
- 3 graham crackers
Instructions:
Mix yogurt, sweetener, protein powder and vanilla extract in a bowl. Once combined, spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top with strawberries and crumbled graham crackers. Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
