These air fried breakfast potatoes deliver all the crispy, golden perfection you crave! Each bite is perfectly seasoned and irresistibly delicious – proof that a healthier swap never has to mean sacrificing flavor.

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 lb mini red potatoes
  •   2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  •   1 tsp garlic powder
  •   1 tsp paprika
  •   ½ tsp salt
  •   ¼ tsp black pepper

 

Instructions:

Preheat your air fryer to 400°.  Rinse and scrub the potatoes; cut them into bite-sized cubes.

Toss the potato cubes in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
