I always describe the program I use for health coaching as a 4 legged table – all legs work together to create a balanced surface.

  • Nutrition: We start with getting the body healthy from the inside out, fueling it properly according to each client’s goals and abilities
  • Community: My clients are connected with thousands of others for motivation, ideas, sharing and support
  • Education: The resources you get educate you not just on what and how but WHY which is key to maintaining the results you will get
  • Coach: That’s me! I will guide you, help keep you accountable, and be your biggest cheerleader
