I’ve been active in the health & wellness industry since I was 13 years old. In 2020, I lost 26 lbs and 12% body fat, and I have been maintaining that loss and leveling up my health ever since. I have managed my autoimmune disease and back injury through this process and have also realized countless nonscale victories.
From your initial discovery consultation which is used to assess your goals, challenges, and next steps, to your monthly coaching sessions used to prioritize action steps with SMART deliverables along with weekly check-in calls to create accountability each week, your takeaway recommendations and results will reflect the goals you set and actions you take to create the best version of you!
